Singer/songwriter Jono who is based in Glasgow, Scotland is this Monday’s Indie Showcase Artist on Mid Days with Kara
Jono has already been receiving rave reviews by a number of high profile figures and publications including former XFM presenter Jim Gellatly describing him as One of the finest singer/songwriters to emerge in recent years, Mat Bendoris from The Sun newspaper quoted as saying A new singing sensation… like James Morrison, but with an indie edge, and TV and radio presenter Alex Zane saying I like Jono’s song ‘Stuck in the City’ a lot! It’s REALLY catchy!
As well as reviews, Jono was the first artist to appear on BBC Scotland’s ‘The Music Bed ‘ and most recently successfully performed at the Red Stripe Awards with a broken arm.
